Shipping costs

In addition to the stated prices, we charge shipping costs for delivery. Shipping costs depend on the value of your purchase.

Delivery within Germany

Delivery within Germany is free shipping, with the exception of solar panels.

Please note our information in the event of a partial cancellation!

If you have a right of cancellation with regard to your order and if you make use of this right after submitting your contractual declaration with regard to part of your order, with the result that the threshold value specified by us with regard to the purchase price that you do not have to pay or the purchase price that we have to repay would be fallen below, we reserve the right to demand the pro rata shipping costs for the remaining part of the order from you. However, this only applies if we had already informed you about the shipping costs for the remaining part of the order before submitting your contractual declaration or if you were able to easily calculate the corresponding shipping costs based on our information before submitting your contractual declaration.

Delivery to Austria
Shipping up to a total weight of 5 KG: €13.99
Shipping from a total weight of 5 KG: € 45,00
Shipping offa total weight of 32 KG: € 140,00

No delivery of Biohort products to Austria.
For deliveries to Austria, for tax reasons we have to charge 20% Austrian VAT instead of 19% German VAT, which we have to pay to Vienna. If you have an ATU number, we can invoice net (i.e. without VAT). If you give us a delivery address on German soil, we can charge 19% German VAT and without a 39 euro delivery surcharge for Austria. This point is particularly relevant for high-priced items such as snow blowers. If you have any questions, please feel free to contact us.

When picking up goods from our store you can pay in cash.

Information on calculating the delivery date

The deadline for delivery begins on the day after the payment order is issued to the transferring credit institution if payment is made in advance or on the day after the contract is concluded for other payment methods and ends at the end of the last day of the deadline.

 

If the last day of the deadline falls on a Sunday or a public holiday recognized by the state at the place of delivery, such a day will be replaced by the next working day.
